the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient. the on-site restaurant offered great food, even though it did not serve alcohol (i didn't mind).

the customer service needs improvement. i found ripped towels and pillow covers in my room and extra towels were refused when requested.

the staff was very professional and always kind to me. the rooms was huge with a large bed and very clean bathroom. i really liked the complimentary water available in the room and the fridge, useful for storing drinks.

i noted that the gym was sometimes crowded. many people who aren't guests at the hotel uses the gym.

the room i was allocated included two single beds and a clean, spacious layout with modern furnishings, it was great. the bathroom contained two separate sinks. a rainfall shower and i found it very convenient. i was also happy with the room.

the gym has four treadmills and three stationary bikes i did use. the hotel provides underground parking and it's very useful. i also noted that the hotel have fast service and helpful staff.
